The unit has a king-sized bed in the bedroom along with a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The spacious bathroom has a double vanity and large shower to accommodate multiple guests. There's also a washer/dryer if you need to freshen up your wardrobe while you're here!
The 55 South Market building is a residential condo development completed in 2018. The first two levels are reserved for short-term guests, and the upper floors are all owner-occupied or rented long-term. Modern and luxurious, the eco-friendly condos feature 10' ceilings, smart home technology, and beautifully chosen finishes. The 70-unit building also offers guests an expansive indoor/outdoor community area with fire table seating, gaming area, and grilling station.
Shortly before your arrival date, you will receive codes for the parking garage, exterior/interior building doors, and the condo door. We'll also be around to assist should you run into any issues!
