The room was fine, the staff very friendly. I didn’t bother with breakfast because nothing seemed like real nutritious food but then all the US hotels seem to do that now. My first complaint was that I had zero internet in my room and floor the WHOLE time I was there (4 nights). I did alert the front desk but was told 'some days it is like that'. Not good enough. I had to go outside (very cold) to get internet. Very frustrating and I wouldn't stay there again as I was unable to work from the room. My second complaint was that guests are expected to drink out of paper and plastic cups even in the dining area, another US hotel practice that is annoying. I alerted another member of staff when checking out and she said she would report it and that they had upgraded their wifi/internet a month ago.

We were visiting family, but kinda crowded, so we booked last minute & we’re very pleased. The young man at the front desk was very personable & friendly. He helped us several times over the 3 nights, including extending our stay. The shower was amazing! Rain head & traditional, so relaxing. Convenient to lots of dining options & Publix right across the street. We will definitely stay there again.

Cleanliness was lacking.

We weren’t greeted nor did we feel welcome upon check-in. Shower floor and bathroom floor had lots of hair. I didn’t feel the room was clean. Location felt safe, parking lot was nice, but wouldn’t stay there again.
