Seems like a great hotel for our visit to the zoo. The pool was a little on the small side and the hot tub wasn't operating but everything else was great.

First off, the staff was over the top friendly, professional and especially engaged. 5 stars. Place felt safe and clean. I enjoyed the breakfast as well. I definitely will stay there again when I am in to visit family
