The hotel is clean and nice area. It is expensive. The construction outside wasn’t great to hear. The staff was very nice.

The room we stayed in was clean, however, the beds were so uncomfortable. The room was also insanely hot and would not cool down which made it challenging to sleep. Finally, the pillows were awful it would have been better sleeping on the floor. Overall, we were not satisfied with this stay which is sad because the last Tru we stayed at was lovely. This hotel however, was rather disappointing. Even the breakfast was yucky. The oatmeal was just glorified water, the orange juice was so watered down it was nasty, and the blueberry muffin was so cold it tasted almost frozen. We will not be staying at this hotel ever again, especially since we were supposed to be given a discounted rate but were refused. It was a waste of my hard earned money.

The room set up was nice but we did find old beer in the fridge, and my husband said he felt the room was quickly put together. There was a delay in receiving towels when requested. I had to find someone that was working on the floor, and she was nice enough to give me a couple sets of towels. As a suggestion maybe have a QR code for texting front desk or having a direct line from the room.
