Die 45 qm große Nichtraucher-Ferienwohnung im 1. Stock des Hauses mit Süd-Balkon, ist über die Rückseite durch einen separaten, ebenerdigen Eingang ohne Stufen zu erreichen (bedingt behindertengerecht).
