This lovely little vacation home is located on a hill above the popular seaside resort of Ascea Marina, in the heart of the beautiful Cilento area (nature reserve). The vacation home has a private garden and a spacious terrace where you can have your meals outside. The furnishings are kept simple but practical at the same time. Thanks to the hilly position, you can enjoy a beautiful view all the way to the sea, which is only 3 km away. The area of Cilento, in the Campania region, in the south of Italy, between Paestum in the north, Sapri in the south and the Vallo di Diano in the east, is an insider's tip for all those who love authentic Italy far from the usual bed and breakfast resorts. Here you will find small, characteristic hamlets in the hills with a wonderful panoramic view, chic coastal towns with free and equipped sandy beaches or small, idyllic bathing bays with crystal clear water, where you can drink an aperitif in the evening on the piazza or where a small harbor invites you to take a walk. Art and culture lovers or nature lovers will also get their money's worth here. Thanks to the pleasant air and water temperatures both in late spring and in autumn, sometimes even late autumn, this region is suitable not only for your summer vacation, but also for a beach or bathing vacation in the early or late season. In Ascea Marina, don't miss a walk along the "Sentiero degli Innamorati", a path between the sky and the sea that offers wonderful panoramas to the observer. Here you will also find beautiful free and equipped sandy beaches. Another excursion tip are the archaeological findings in Velia, only 3 km away, and the sea caves of Capo Palinuro further in the south of Cilento. The last 300 m of the access road to your vacation home are not asphalted. At about 150 m distance (as the crow flies) is a resort with animation.
