Private: property 14'000 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, meadow. Outdoor shower. 30 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 6 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop "Abbiadori" 6.5 km, sandy beach "L'ea biancha" 2.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km, sailing school 9 km, riding stable 7 km. Hiking paths: San Panataleo 7 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
