Beautiful House With Spectacular Views of the Gulf of Pevero

The "magical wind" villa is a perfect mix between hotel and home. Since it is used as a holiday home our staff ensures that maintenance and cleaning are up to the high standards required. Our services and the hospitable touch of the house will make you feel pampered; these are small but essential things such as beds with anatomic mattresses, high quality linens, soft towels, air conditioning throughout the house and finally a housekeeping service included in the rental price. A kind staff member will welcome you to an agreed place and help you settle down. A guestbook, inside the house, will provide you with more information about the best places in the area that you otherwise would not have known. Information on each household appliance is also included. The house has an area of about 200 square meters spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, with private bathroom, which overlook a patio inserted between the rocks where there are relax areas with sun loungers and comfortable sofas and above all a wonderful real outdoor kitchen. A small flight of stairs connects the first to the second floor that includes the living room, a kitchen, contained in a niche created in the same room, not large but accessoriatissima. The living area opens onto a splendid covered terrace with a priceless view of the Gulf of Pevero, set up for outdoor lunches and dinners. A little aside is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The house is located in the hills, inserted in a prestigious and quiet resort above Porto Cervo, close to all the most beautiful beaches of the emerald coast that can be reached in a few minutes by car.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned villa, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony or patio. Lovely villa with awesome views over Porto Cervo. Excellent fixtures and fittings

Would recommend this villa for adult groups. A little remote (car essential) but the benefit is amazing views over the coast. House keeper doesn’t speak English so a little Italian is useful. Nevertheless, she is very helpful. Wi-fi is non existent, but more due to the remote location than anything else.

La casa è davvero molto bella. Pulizia perfetta e biancheria della casa anche. La splendida vista sul golfo del pevero è semplicemente meravigliosa. Una vera oasi di pace relax e per poter godere della splendida natura. A un minuto da Porto Cervo e dalle spiaggia più belle della Costa smeralda. Torneremo sicuramente.

La casa si trova su una collina e offre una vista unica sul Golfo del Pevero. Molte spiagge bellissime, ristoranti e negozi sono nelle vicinanze. La comunicazione con Maria Grazia e Lucrecia è stata molto piacevole. Raccomanderemmo sicuramente la casa! Purtroppo abbiamo scoperto solo dopo la prenotazione che la piscina non è ancora pronta alla fine di maggio, e il Wlan funziona solo condizionalmente e gratuitamente.

Superbe séjour dans cette magnifique maison, perle aux senteurs méditerranéennes, dominant la baie de Pevero. Tout est présent pour nous accueillir : notre hôtesse, le calme, des aménagements fonctionnels et des prestations de qualité hôtelière. Le patio extérieur est la cerise sur le gâteau … La résidence est à quelques kilomètres des plus belles plages, des commerces de proximité ; et à quelques encablures d’excursions sympathiques en Gallura et vers le Nord-Ouest (Castelsardo, Sassari …). Nous (7 adultes) y avons passé, malgré une météo très variable, un beau et bon séjour reposant, ressourçant. A recommander !!! Superb stay in this magnificent house, pearl with Mediterranean scents, overlooking the bay of Pevero. Everything is present to welcome us: our hostess, calm, functional facilities and quality hotel services. The outside patio is the icing on the cake... The residence is just a few kilometres from the most beautiful beaches and local shops; and a few miles away from pleasant excursions to Gallura and the North West (Castelsardo, Sassari...). Wunderschönes liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus in Traumlage

In diesem Haus fehlt es an nichts. Wir haben auf den sehr guten Matratzen wie die Engel geschlafen. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist einfach gigantisch. Es steht in einer sehr ruhigen gepflegten Gegend. Der Kontakt mit der Vermietererin sowie der verantwortlichen Person vor Ort war außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben nur wegen des zu kleinen Pools, der noch von anderen Gästen rundum genutzt werden kann, einen Punkt abgezogen. Bei den wunderschönen Stränden rundum war das aber für uns kein großes Problem. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in knapp 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir können ruhigen Gewissens dieses Haus weiterempfehlen.
