Well maintained, private holiday home in Tenerife's sunny south

Our clean, fully equipped holiday home in the sun-kissed south of Tenerife has a living area of 70 square meters on two floors.

The house is situated in a quiet residential complex, mainly inhabited by locals and residents.

In Chayofa you will find what you want for a holiday in the south:
Over 300 days of sunshine a year, around 350 rain-free days and a mild low-irritant climate, which lives up to the name of Tenerife as an island of eternal spring.

Our house is furnished to a high standard, so that you will want for nothing.

On the ground floor you will find the bright, spacious living room with dining area, the well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a storage room with washing machine.
From the ground floor you have easy access to the two private sun terraces.
On the front terrace you can enjoy breakfast in the sunshine.
On the terrace, which is located behind the house, sunbathe until late in the afternoon.

Of course, there is an awning on the front terrace as well as on the back terrace for sun protection.

Of course, you can also use the large communal pool and the baby pool, which are located only 50 meters from the house.

Upstairs you will find the two light-filled bedrooms (of course with shutters and blackout blinds to darken) and the well-equipped bathroom.

The two bedrooms have spacious fitted wardrobes.

In the larger room ("Rojo") there is air conditioning, in the smaller room ('Mandarin') a ceiling fan and also a safe.
