Timid staff.

My wife & I had a great stay, but another couple in our party had a terrible one!! The room adjacent to their’s started having cartoons on the TV as loud as it would go at midnight & the staff said they couldn’t do anything about it!! They got NO sleep that night & had to move to an another property for the following night to be sure to be able to sleep. The staff saying they couldn’t do anything about it was totally UNACCEPTABLE!!

Terrible!!!!!!!! Left after one night. The loudest hotel I have EVER stayed at. I have never left a hotel half way though a trip before, but couldn't sleep there another night

Perfect for our needs.

This property is perfect for our needs. It's close to our children. We feel safe, the parking lot is well lit. Easy access to town. There's a nice pool for the grandchildren. The staff is always very nice. The rooms a clean and they work on keeping them updated. What more can you ask for!?! The price is right! We will continue to stay at the Super 8 in Winfield.

The first room I was in the heater did not work. I was moved to another room that the television did not work. The coffee and the breakfast area is probably the worst I’ve ever had.

Hotel comes with an odor if you’re ok with that.

This was my second stay and the first time I stayed there were fans in the hallway on the second floor and I wondered why. Well, this trip I found out. The odor of an illicit substance was very strong in the early hours of the morning…..when I woke up to use the restroom around 5am every morning it was extremely strong. Not cool. I don’t care if you do it, but certainly don’t have cards in the rooms banning it, then obviously allow it in the hotel and it must be a regular occurrence because my stays were a month apart and the fans were there both times. The funny thing is this time I could smell it the moment I walked in the front doors this trip, so the fans obviously aren’t doing the trick. Lol The first time the plug in scent warmer in the wall was fresh and strong.
