I had to cut my stay short due to 50 kids and their supervisors staying on the 2nd floor above me and the noise of busy feet. However, I understand fair housing rules and the staff was empathetic, and issued a refund. I wasn't happy I was charged a 2nd night because I checked out after 3pm, but that is when the noise started, if it started earlier I would have checked out earlier. But the staff is always great and I will always stay there when in Kentucky. I will probably ask for a 2nd floor however to avoid the same issue, but they are great there!!
