"Argegno Pool Apartment" is a brand new two bedroom, modern style two bathroom pool apartment situated in the picturesque and authentic lakeside village of Argegno. Newly constructed for 2017, we are delighted to present this gorgeous new apartment to our guests.
Situated in a sunny position overlooking the lake in the most authentic village on the lake, Argegno.
Beautifully appointed with two double bedrooms.

Master bedroom with air conditioning and private lake view balcony plus a second double bedroom.
For couples preferring to sleep seperately there is a sofa bed located in an additional living space for two more guests accessed via the double room for for guests to use.
The main bedroom benefits from air conditioning for an additional charge, pre booked only.



The modern open plan living room, with kitchen and dinning area adds to the light and spacious atmosphere.
The living area benefits from a stunning lake view terrace from where you can take in the marvel of the majestic view of the lake and mountains, or simply to sit relaxing in the sun and enjoy a glass of Italian wine or a lazy lunch. Four sun loungers as well as a table for alfresco dining are available for you to enjoy outside living here at the home.
The apartment is conveniently located just a 10 minutes walk down to the village, where you can enjoy all amenities with local restaurants, wine bars, ice cream parlour, ferry and bus stop to all major towns on the lake. Argegno is popular with locals, the Milanese and cyclists who pause for a coffee in the buzzing piazza full of local life and characters. Every Monday there is a market from where you can sample some great local produce. Argegno also benefits from a pool and lido in the village as well as the swimming pool located close to your home at the residence.

All major routes are accessible by car, boat or bus from the village just a 10 minute walk from the apartment - car hire is not required however the accommodation includes secure parking.

The landscapes and views that the whole area offers are alone well worth a visit.

LAKE COMO

The apartment was very clean, tiny and supplied with everything. New sponges & rubber gloves for doing dishes. Ice trays for our limoncello! It suited the four adults, that stayed there. It was a good central location for taking the boats or driving up the mountains. We were delayed on arriving, but communicated well with the owner, who came to meet us. Grazie

Superb location & Facilities

The property is perfect for a holiday for a couple or a small family (we travelled with a 1 year old), all facilities you could need are available and modern in style, from pool to coffee machine! The view is amazing - perfect view of the lake and within no more than a 7-8 minute walk (although slightly steep on the way up) down a safe path. The village is nice and quiet with plentiful restaurants (and naturally a place for Gelato) and has a small boat dock where you can take day trips to other places around Como Parking easily available undercover Highly recommended

Perfect Trip

We had our honeymoon here. The hosts were incredibly kind and hospitable. We loved staying in Argegno. We visited other towns by ferry and the greenway (walking trail through some towns near Argegno) and we felt as though Argegno had then perfect Italian charm. Everyone in town was so kind, and lots of restaurants to choose from. We had bad weather (50s and rain) and we still loved the property. The views are stunning no matter the weather. It is quite the hike to walk from the home, but there is plenty of parking if you have your own car. (We walked and were fine)

Both the views and the apartment. We stayed for 4 nights in May 2019. The location was wonderful with lots of local places to eat. The closest grocery store is in Lenno. We had a car but I really do not believe you need one. There is both bus and boat public transportation. We visited many places on the lake as well as Milan from this location. The apartment has a well stocked kitchen and was very very clean. The electric blinds are great! The view is incredible, the pictures do not do it justice.

Beautiful apartment in a terrific location

Really wonderful stay - apartment is well equipped and comfortable (although would really benefit from air conditioning throughout the warmer months). Argegno is a lovely village on the lake with all basic needs covered and providing easy access to the other towns on the lake via road and boat.

Nur für Gehörlose! Geht gar nicht...

Theoretisch nette und gemütliche Unterkunft mit herrlichem Ausblick.Ausstattung Küche etwas dürftig.Das vordere Schlafzimmer hell, mit traumhaftem Ausblick und Balkon. Das hintere dagegen ein dunkles Loch ohne Tageslichtfenster!Auf keinen Fall Julie Webb in WhatsApp aufnehmen: es gibt ständig ungefragte Hinweise, Verbote und Anordnungen von ihr: kein Geschirr am Pool, Müllentsorgung... Als die schöne Poolbeleuchtung ausfiel, kam der lapidare Hinweis, dass Baden im Pool nachts verboten sei; repariert wurde nicht.Wir (50 und 60 Jahre alt mit 2 Teenies) nutzen seit 20 Jahren Ferienhäuser und -wohnungen; hier fühlten wir uns behandelt wie eine Gruppe 14-jähriger potentieller Randalierer!Von all dem mal abgesehen: was sich nicht einfach weglächeln lässt, ist der Tag und Nacht (!) über die Straße vor der Terrasse (s. Foto) hindonnernde Pkw-, Lkw- und Motorradverkehr (!)! Die Serpentinen ins Val dintelvi haben hier eine Gerade, auf der alle, vor allem die Biker, mal kräftig aufdrehen und überholen. Und das fast ununterbrochen, Tag und Nacht!Morgens wacht man wie gerädert auf; Fenster schließen geht nicht bei der Hitze, Klimaanlage muss separat bezahlt werden!!!Ein unauflösbarer Konflikt, jegliche Erholung ist so völlig ausgeschlossen.Was kann der Vermieter tun? - den ziemlich happigen Preis DRASTISCH senken! Denn so ist die Unterkunft völlig inakzeptabel. Ich denke, dass absolut kein Gast ein zweites Mal hierhin zurückkehrt.Zum Glück nur 6 Tage für uns: nie wieder!

Die FeWo ist sehr schön der Ausblick ist fantastisch Aber die Lage Direkt vor der Fewo ist die Straße, welche sehr stark befahren ist und dadurch ist es sehr laut.

Super Urlaub in Argegno

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick auf den See, Wohnung sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet (auch die Küche) sehr schöner Pool, es war leider etwas kühl in der Wohnung und der Lärm der Straße war ab morgens störend. Aber alles in allem war es eine super Wohnung und wir werden wiederkommen. Auch die Kommunikation mit Julie war gut.

Very well located

The flat is located in a strategic place, 10 minutes by walking from the harbour (no need to use the car during the all week) with an amazing view on Como lake. Suggestion would be additional furniture (equipment for cooking). We recommand !

Tolle Wohnung mit Seeblick

Die Wohnung entspricht insgesamt den Erwartungen. Neben den Schlafzimmern gibt es sogar einen weiteren Raum mit Sofa. Der Blick von der Terrasse und vom Balkon ist unglaublich. Den Stern Abzug gibt es für die Verkehrsgeräusche der Straße, die direkt am Grundstück verläuft und für die Tatsache, dass nur in einem Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage installiert ist.

mooi appartement met enige minpunt airco.

leuk appartement en prachtig zicht op het meer. min punt was zeker de airco, apart bij te betalen en slechts op 1 enkele kamer. Kinderen hebben op hun kamer een ventilator maar helpt eigenlijk niet. In de zomermaanden onvoldoende om comfortabel te vertoeven en te slapen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in Argegno. Toller Kontakt. Einige kleine Einschränkungen gab es allerdings. Die Klimaanlage kostet noch einmal extra. Leider war die eine Duschkabine defekt und die Lampe auf der kleineren Terrasse war herausgerissen. Da wir nur zu dritt waren, störte uns das nur wenig. Die Straße ist tatsächlich sehr laut, aber das wurde ja schon mehrfach beschrieben.

Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Tolle Aussicht auf den Comersee. Sehr nette Betreuung vor Ort durch das Management (Julie). Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die unter der Anlage vorbeiführende Strasse, die sehr befahren und dadurch laut ist.

Sehr schönes Appartement mit tollem Ausblick

Das Appartement war sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und bot einen herrlichen Blick auf den Comer See. Lediglich der Straßenverkehr und der etwas steile Anstieg zum Appartement waren etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der Kontakt mit dem Verwalter war problemlos und wir haben auch noch sehr gute Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt erhalten.

Appartement très confortable et très bien placé

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement. Tout le confort est là pour passer une belle semaine de vacances. Il ne manquait rien. La terrasse très agréable avec une belle vue sur le lac, la piscine également. L'appartement est très bien situé à Argegno : emplacement idéal pour visiter et aller sillonner les villages du lac. Seul petit bémol : la route en dessous est assez passante. Cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer une très bonne semaine. Je recommande cette location sans problèmes

Das Appartement hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles modern und sehr schön eingerichtet. 2 zusätzliche Liegen wären schön, wenn alle 4 Personen den großen Swimmingpool nutzen möchten. Gestört hat uns der Verkehrslärm, der von der direkt unterhalb vorbeiführenden, relativ viel befahrenen Straße, kommt.
