Great room and wonderful staff. Loved the breakfast from the veranda with both a view of the mountains and the city center.

Staff were helpful in highlighting the best places to visit in the city. Room was perfect.

The staff is amazing and makes up for the hard beds.

There was 7 of us that stayed here at the end of June into July for 10 nights. This is better than the pictures show, the location was fantastic (you will ideally need a car to see Tuscany if not Arezzo train station has good links and is about 15 minute taxi journey away). The pool was a god send and better than we expected and is a really good size. The table tennis in the late afternoon shade provided good entertainment and house was fully equipped. Maurizio the host is an absolute gent, and was so helpful in helping us settle in and giving some great advice on places to go and places to eat. Would 100% recommend

Great hotel and awesome spa. The staff was super helpful. They helped with booking our taxis and tolerated our attempts at Italian. The room was clean and comfortable.
