Très bon séjour dans l'ensemble

Maison spacieuse très bien équipée, confortable, aucune gêne de bruit. Piste cyclable derrière la maison, c'est top! Coté jardin, aurait mérité "un coup de propre" et si la partie haie qui manque pouvait être bouchée pour éviter une vue sur le parking et le passage piétons / vélo, ce serait sympa. La terrasse est vraiment dans un triste état. Arrivée le jour où il a fait plus de 40°, on aurait apprécié une bouteille d'eau au frais et pourquoi pas de rosé! Histoire de nous souhaiter la Bienvenue :) Donc vraiment contents pour l'essentiel !!

Séjour agréable

Maison agréable quand il fait chaud grâce aux arbres. Elle a du potentiel mais le propriétaire n'entretient pas le jardin et la terrasse. Cette maison est bien située et au calme. Le Centre ville est accessible à pied ainsi que les rives du bassin. La piste cyclable passe à coté.

Location conforme à la description.,mais très sombre.Nous avons dû utiliser la lumière électrique en quasi permanence. La réception télévisée est très mauvaise. Une seule chaîne de disponible en soirée.

Agréable propriété proche des commerces avec un voisinage agréable. Néanmoins quelques remarques : réception télévision difficile voire impossible, vaisselles pas très propres voire pas lavées (tasses à café)

Maison agréable dans l'ensemble mais un peu sombre à l'intérieur. Bien située pour aller vers Cap Ferret ou la dune du Pilat. Pratique avec tous les ustensils de cuisine nécessaires. Facile d'entretien avec carrelages au sol.

Maison a potentiel

Très bon séjour au global : maison spacieuse bien localisée bien équipée facile d’entretien fraîche quand il fait chaud - quelques réajustements à faire toutefois qui ont été communiqués au propriétaire mais c est une très bonne location que je recommande et sûrement agréable même hors saison !
