Si, el desayuno variado y muy rico, un familiar tuvo que hospedarse en uno de igual precio y le dieron un desayuno basico, sin piscina, aqui la pasamos genial, nuestro hotel tenia piscina y la pasamos genial, disfrutamos nuestra estancia y volveremos, gracias!!!

Exelente la atención del personal. Siempre muy amables y el desayuno muy completo. Yo viajo muy seguido a Arequipa por mi trabajo y en otros hoteles de similar categoria el desayuno no es tan completo y variado. Definitivamente ya se donde volver, espero sigan en esa linea.

El hotel está bien, no está en el centro pero puedes ir caminando unos 20 minutos. Se supone que no debería haber ruidos pero montaron una fiesta privada en la terraza hasta las 11:30 de la noche uno de los días, así que muy mal por su parte. Intentaron cobrarme un impuesto cuando llegue que creo que se inventaron. El último día salíamos a las 8:00 y en el desayuno no había pan, no había llegado.

Difícil cumplir expectativas

Las imágenes que aparecen en la plataforma están retocadas para hacer lucir al hotel de mejor manera. Y tampoco es que la habitación seleccionada en la plataforma correspondiera a la asignada. El personal que atiende es amable y hacen todo lo posible por ayudar aunque no se dan a basto con tanto trabajo y en ocasiones había que esperar tiempo en ser atendidos. Las habitaciones estaban un poco húmedas y descuidadas, así como los espacios exteriores. También a mi llegada se me hicieron cargos extra que en ningún otro hotel me habían cargado. Por el contrario, la habitación era suficientemente cómoda y el desayuno fue lo mejor, variado y con muchas opciones.
