Fabulous hotel and very friendly staff. There was a minor issue with our payment on arrival. The staff quickly noticed the issue, where honest and apologetic. Paolo in particular was very helpful and friendly. The hotel also gave a free ticket to a city to apologise which very kind. Generally, the hotel is clean, well maintained. Very comfortable and has good amenities and in a good location. Will definitely stay here again and advocate that others do so too.

Una estadía inolvidable Nuestra experiencia fue excelente de principio a fin. El personal destacó muchísimo: siempre amables, respetuosos y atentos, incluso adelantándose a lo que necesitábamos, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos muy bien cuidados. El desayuno fue delicioso, variado y servido en una terraza con una vista espectacular a los volcanes, realmente un momento muy especial cada mañana. La propiedad es muy bonita, con habitaciones amplias, cómodas y súper limpias. Todo estuvo impecable. Además, contar con cochera y ascensor fue un gran plus para nuestra comodidad. La ubicación es ideal, en una zona tranquila y muy turística, rodeada de construcciones coloniales de sillar. Está a una cuadra de un museo, a tres cuadras del Convento de Santa Catalina y muy cerca de la Plaza de Armas. Sin duda, un lugar al que regresaríamos.
