Top-Lage inmitten der Innenstadt direkt am Strand und trotzdem ruhig

Sehr gute Lage, schöne Dachterrasse und ruhig. Aber leider viele Ameisen in der Wohnung, fehlender Sonnenschutz im oberen Stockwerk (Schlafbereich), einige defekte Sachen wie z.B. die Markise die umständlich per Nothandbetrieb betätigt werden muss. Etwas überteuert für den Zustand.
