Bel appartement. Tres pratique. Très propre. Très calme. Idéalement situé avec la plage à 5 minutes et plusieurs commerces à grande proximité. Proprietaire tres agreable et disponible. Accueil par Maria, tres sympathique. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Zwei Wochen Arcachon

Als ältere Personen, angereist mit der Bahn, haben wir die ideale Lage und Ausstattung des Appartements sehr genossen. Es war ein entspannter Sommerurlaub mit sehr netten Begegnungen, herrlich angenehmem Sommerwetter und täglichem Badespaß. Das Haus ist ruhig, sehr sauber, direkt an der Hafenpromenade sehr gut für uns gelegen. Elektrobus fährt gleich 150m weiter.... Ferien in Frankreich? UInbedingt wieder!!

Schön, aber hmm?...

...Schöne grosse Wohnung, dabei waren auch Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, grosser Balkon mit Seitenblick zum Hafen. Strand auch recht nah.Fotos authentisch. Schönes Bad.Was mir nicht gefiel: ich habe nichts von Kaution gelesen, bei Ankunft sollten wir 500 Euro hinterlegen. Wir sagten der Verwalterin, dass wir keine Kreditkarte haben und es in bar so nicht hinterlegen wollen und wir davon nichts wussten. Nach einigem Hin u Her erließ sie es uns, weil sie uns vertraut,wie sie sagte. Dass Bettwäsche extra bezahlt werden muss, da wurden wir auch etwas überrumpelt.(30Euro) Etwas Französischkenntnisse bei der Kommunikation hilfreich.

Top appartement refait à neuf à 5 min à pied de la plage d’Eyrac

Je recommande cette location. Appartement refait à neuf dans résidence sécurisé. Bien situé, à 5 min à pied de la plage et des commerces. La dame qui nous a accueille était très souriante et sympathique. Je reviendrai avec plaisir séjourner de nouveau dans cette appartement.
