This was my favorite stay during a month long trip to Japan. The staff were amazing and always made me feel special the room was comfortable and clean with a great patio area. I loved listening to the water. And of course, the location couldn’t be beat

Nice room, but not a good view and staff was not accommodating. Breakfast, laundry, and onsen usage were all for absorbently high additional costs, not reasonable at all.

It has a great location along the river in Arishyama. It is close to shops and restesturaunts as well. It offers traditional style Japanese rooms and some fantastic traditional dining as well. We asked for a change to our accommodations and staff were very willing to accommodate. Over all would recommend ...
