It was alright for the price. The furniture in the room was a little beat up. I would stay there again as long as the price was the same as it was. Check-in was a hassle but it always is in Brazil.

I would give this hotel 3 stars being nice. Bad receptionists, worse food , stale sandwiches and a room service that works when they want to !! Nothing to do with COVID-19 Bad service at its best !!! Not even a contender for a 4 stars Room very mediocre and moldy

Good location for the beach. About 30 min walk from bars and restaurants. Definitely noisy because if street traffic. Faculty and room clean. Breakfast buffet pretty good. Personal very friendly and welcoming the only problem was I did not speak a world of Portuguese ( my bad ) but none of them were speaking english either !!

Hotel super bem localizado,mas está precisando urgente melhorar a internet.Dos 4 dias que passamos lá,ela simplesmente não funcionou.Nunca tinha visto coisa igual.Os quartos são espaçosos e o nosso tinha até uma varanda.Os carões de acesso aos quartos deram muito problemas e vi vários hóspedes reclamando.O café da manhã é razoável.Destaque pra rápida reposição dos itens.Destaque pro funcionários do hotel que são muito simpáticos

Minha recente estadia no Hotel Real Classic, em Aracaju, foi marcada por algumas experiências que considero importante compartilhar, tanto para a administração do hotel quanto para futuros hóspedes. Primeiramente, a localização do hotel é realmente excelente, o que é um grande atrativo. No entanto, as instalações deixaram a desejar. Os armários estavam em péssimas condições, com portas caindo, o que comprometeu o conforto da estadia e e um acidente com meu marido. As toalhas, muito encardidas, com qualidade péssima. Além disso, os colchões eram visivelmente velhos e desconfortáveis, o que prejudicou nossas noites de sono. O café da manhã foi outro ponto que me decepcionou. A variedade de opções era bastante limitada, e a ausência de itens básicos, como suco de laranja, foi notável. Esperava-se que um hotel desse porte oferecesse um café da manhã mais satisfatório. Outro aspecto crítico foi o chuveiro, que apresentava um volume de água muito baixo, tornando o banho uma tarefa frustrante e pouco revigorante. Por outro lado, gostaria de elogiar a equipe de recepção. Todos foram extremamente prestativos e atenciosos, o que fez a diferença na nossa experiência. É uma pena que as instalações não tenham acompanhado o bom atendimento. Em resumo, nossa estadia de três dias no Real Classic foi decepcionante, e, infelizmente, não consideraremos o hotel em nossas futuras visitas a Aracaju. Espero que as críticas contribuem para uma melhora.

Apartamento sucateado. N eh nada do q mostram nas fotos. Cafe da manha so salva a salada d frutas. E ao deixar o hotel depois do cafe da manha passei mal e estou hospitalizada. E nao peçam sanduíche de atum . HORRÍVEL!

O atendimento na recepção é péssimo , no colocaram em quartos com camas de solteiro . A limpeza é péssima , as atendentes femininas péssimas e mal humoradas . Não indico esse hotel , prefira o Célis , Delmond e demais

O hotel é bom, com boas instalações e atendimento adequado. Porém, a cortina não veda totalmente a luz, o que faz com que o quarto fique claro muito cedo. Além disso, a cortina apresentava sinais de mofo, o que poderia ser melhorado na manutenção. No geral, a estadia foi positiva, mas esse detalhe prejudicou um pouco o conforto.

Horrível, hotel decadente. NÃO VOLTO NUNCA MAIS

O hotel é antigo e está caindo aos pedaços, decadente. Os móveis no quarto são velhos, desgastados, e roidos. No quarto a unica coisa q escapa é a split q gela muito bem. As paredes tem umidade e partes fofas soltando. O hotel precisa de uma reforma e atualização geral urgente. Só 3 coisas boas: A localização O café da manhã foi uma surpresa MUITO BOM e variado. Os funcionários são muito prestativos e simpaticos.
