Péssimo, atendimento terrível, mal educados, como se estivessem fazendo um favor, não se prestam para ajudar em nada... Falta de empatia total... Solicitei quarto de casal, me entregaram um carro com duas camas de solteiro, não teve limpeza no quarto, janelas com claridade absurda dentro do quarto, barulho de crianças gritando, ar-condicionado falhando a todo momento, com barulho que incomodou bastante o sono.

Estacionamento bom, quarto limpo, café da manhã excelente, preço bom demais, a única coisa que não gostei foi a cama de solteiro, estava sem 1 pé e quebrada, ficou muito incomoda.

Toalhas de banho na cor branca encardidas e manchadas, mesmo trocando pela segunda vez. Vazamento ou infiltração do quarto de cima para o de baixo através do banheiro, com água escorrendo pelo azulejo e teto. Piso do estacionando desnivelado e bastante sujeira.
