Acredito que a equipe de trabalho não está satisfeita porque o atendimento é bem frio. O quarto parecia sujo, tanto a roupa de cama quanto o chão. Não há interfone no quarto e o café da manhã é mediano.

Experiência péssima. NÃO RECOMENDO. A priori, esse hotel nem deveria estar na Hotéis.com. Primeiro, a recepção péssima. Acomodação nem se fala. Primeiro quarto o ar condicionado não funcionava. Estávamos em 4 e só haviam duas toalhas e estavam molhadas. Mudamos de quarto e apesar do ar está funcionando, muito sujo, roupas de camas manchadas e piso de banheiro imundo. O café da manhã de péssima qualidade, nem manteiga tinha…só margarina. Não voltarei sob nenhuma hipótese. E faço a sugestão de sair da rede de hotéis do aplicativo.

O hotel deixa a desejar em vários aspectos. Fomos mal recebidos por uma funcionária da recepção bastante mal-humorada, embora outros dois atendentes tenham sido mais educados. O quarto não estava bem limpo, fios de cabelo e um pouco de poeira eram facilmente encontrados no chão e no box, além de goteiras no banheiro. A estrutura é antiga e mal conservada, com muito barulho por estar perto de avenida movimentada da cidade e do aeroporto. O café da manhã é razoável, mas o custo da hospedagem de modo geral não compensa. Não voltaria e não recomendo, exceto para quem vai passar só uma noite e não se importa com conforto.

Hotel ruim, muito ruim, além de bem sujinho. Ainda sobrevive e tem fluxo regular de hóspedes por dois motivos: a localização é ótima para viajantes a trabalho (ou quem não vai fazer turismo) e o preço é acessível, mas até isso é uma cilada: se você pagar uns 20 reais a mais por diária, vai encontrar opções bem melhores e com mais higiene. Os quartos não são ruins, são até espaçosos, mas não tem nem uma cadeira de plástico se você precisar trabalhar, apenas um mini banco sem encosto. Toalhas e lençois geralmente meio sujinhos também, e são daquele tipo ultra fino. O hotel inteiro é um mofo só. Tem mofo nas paredes externas, nas paredes internas, nos quartos e principalmente na área de café da manhã, que é um capítulo à parte, com direito a baratas pelo chão e os funcionários absolutamente alheios. O atendimento é péssimo na recepção. Boa sorte aos futuros hóspedes.
