Hospitalidade e conforto desagradáveis

Recepcionistas sem hospitalidade alguma, o quarto que fiquei a cama de solteiro quebrada o pé, pra dormir pareceria q estava em uma ladeira, a cama de casal eram duas camas juntas, ficava a emenda no meio e as laterais caindo para os lados e o meio afundando! Desisti de ficar na viagem, deixei 2 diárias e voltei para casa na Bahia! Experiência frustrante, o q era para ser um passeio em família se tornou um caos! Pois cansávamos durante o dia e a noite não conseguíamos dormir bem!

Vale a pena pelo custo-benefício.

Dentro do aceitavel. Honesto no valor cobrado e nas imagens disponibilizadas. Cumpre com a proposta e se torna jm bom custo-beneficio. Tive um pequeno problema com o funcionamento do ar-condicionado no primeiro quarto. Foi prontamente solucionado. Fui bem atendido em todos os setores. Hotel parece um pouco antigo, com móveis antigos, mas ainda assim nao se tornou um problema. Não usei piscina. Cafe da manhã simples. Possui garagem.
