AroonaLea is a modern homestead with a touch of country charm. It is a haven of peace, privacy and luxury with breathtaking pastoral views to forested hills.
You will have the 30 acre property to yourselves to explore and enjoy.

The homestead, which is fully air conditioned, has a pool, firepit and park like grounds with a BBQ/picnic area by a flowing river at the end of the paddock. It is situated less than 15 minutes drive to Mudgee on the Sydney side of town, close to some of Mudgee’s finest wineries.

The homestead has 2 separate living areas. The main living, dining and kitchen area has a cathedral ceiling with high windows at each end offering views of nearby hilltops on both sides of the house.

AroonaLea comfortably sleeps 16 in six king rooms (3 with ensuite), and a share room which sleeps 4 (3 in king single beds and one in a single loft bed). Every room in the house boasts spectacular rural and garden views.

A large fully equipped kitchen with plenty of serving ware, crockery, cutlery, glassware, large pots, electric frypan, rice cookers, slow cooker, 2 full size fridges, along with BBQ and both indoor and outdoor dining comfortably seating 16, makes the house ideal for entertaining large family or friend groups. There is separate crockery, cutlery and acrylic glasses to take for BBQs or picnics by the river.

2 coffee machines, 2 kettles, 2 coffee plungers and 2 four slice toasters makes cooking breakfast for 16 a breeze. A generous supply of coffee pods and a good selection of tea is provided.

Luxury bed linen (including electric blankets), pillows, towels, pool towels and toiletries are provided. Each bathroom has a hairdryer.
There is a selection of both indoor and outdoor games, including a 1000 piece poker set, and a large selection of DVD’s.

While we love pets, AroonaLea is a pet free zone (as pets are not allowed in the house, this is for the safety of your pet).
