Escape to our tranquil haven just one hour south of Rome! Embrace comfort in our recently updated, two-bedroom apartment, perfect for three guests. Relax on two spacious balconies or take a 5-minute stroll to L'Approdo beach and restaurant, where you can savor delectable meals as the sun sets over the horizon. With the Tor Caldara natural reserve, grocery stores and gelato shops within walking distance, your Italian beach retreat promises both relaxation and convenience!

The larger bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and its own private balcony. The second bedroom has a twin bed and also offers access to a balcony where you can enjoy morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Our full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a Dolce Gusto coffee maker. The bathroom has been recently renovated, offering a refreshing shower experience.

The apartment also includes a washer and a convenient outdoor sink perfect for hand washing your clothes.

You will stay cool during the hot Italian summers, thanks to two air conditioners—one in the master bedroom and another in the living room.

Ideal for small groups or a family, our apartment provides all the essentials for a comfortable and enjoyable visit.

ACCESS

You’ll have full access to the entire first-floor apartment, including both balconies.

Please note that there are stairs leading to the first-floor apartment, and there is no elevator.

BEACH

• L'Approdo is the most beautiful beach establishment in the area and is located a few steps from home.
- You can rent an umbrella and a lounge chair there.
- If you prefer to go to the free beach next to L’Approdo please use the umbrella and beach chairs on the balcony.

GROCERY SHOPPING

- For groceries, Jole's fruit and vegetable store is a 15-minute walk away. She offers a selection of local produce and most essentials, making it a convenient spot to stock up during your stay. And for a sweet treat, there's a delicious gelato store right next door.

• There is a small grocery store approximately 1 kim further down the street and many large grocery stores within driving distance.


TRANSPORTATION

• The nearest station is Villa Claudia, 1.7 kilometers away. Villa Claudia station is a stop on the line that connects Rome Termini to Nettuno. There is a train almost every hour

• The COTRAL bus line (Rome | Laurentina (Metro B)‎→Nettuno | Autostazione) has 77 stops and travels between Rome | Laurentina (Metro B) and Nettuno | Bus station. It runs every 15 minutes on weekdays and every hour on Saturdays. There is no service on Sundays.
• The bus stop is on via Ardeatina, a few steps from the house.
