The location is very good, within 5 minutes to the train, bus and subway station. At the same time it also feels safe. The room is acceptable in cleanliness. But no soundproofing, I can hear the doors of other rooms opening and closing all night, which is actually quite loud... I stayed for 5 nights, the house keeping is a bit strange. Sometimes they give you bottle water supplyment and sometimes not, maybe depends on their mood...not like what should be experienced in a 4-star hotel.

Comfortable economical stay in Antwerp

Comfortable stay a short walk from the station and not far into the old city (although many streets/pavements were dug up during our stay). Room was comact and comfortable and quiet despite overlooking the street. Staff were helpful and pleasant. We didn't use the breakfast room.

We were very happy to stay in this hotel for two nights. The location was very good and room was clean and most importantly QUIET. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was average but was included in a reasonable price so nothing to complain.

Overall excellent hotel. Breakfast was basic and parking was convenient but you needed to get out of the car every time you wanted to enter by pressing a button on the sidewalk.

About a 10 min walk away from the main train station, this place was a pleasant surprise with its cleanliness and how easy it was to navigate. I was only there for a night, but the bathroom was almost 1/3rd of the room size! Reception was great to deal with, as they were attentive and kind. Also good value for the price, as it is in the city centre and very accessible.

The hotel is well located for both shopping and culture. The staff were friendly and helpful. On site parking was a bonus. The room and bathroom spacious. The only negative point was the smell of drains in the bathroom in the morning however we pointed this out to the staff and so this should be sorted for future guests.

Just returned from a 4 night stay and can’t fault the hotel. Staff were extremely helpful. Tea and coffee in the spotlessly clean room was much appreciated and there was no noise at all. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the railway station, with a lovely park just around the corner. Can’t recommend the hotel enough!

A hotel that offers what for a hotel it's core business is: a friendly staaf, comfortable and clean room and a good bed. The facilities are very limited and conveniently located in the centre of Antwerp in the very neighbourhood of the Central station, the environment is quite dirty.
