Requires a deposit to stay and they don’t tell you till you check in , then the staff is required to inform you that it may take up to 7 business days to get it back only after you’ve paid for the deposit. Now keep in mind you just showed up for a reservation you made in advance so now finding another room anywhere is not only nearly impossible but you’ve already paid for the reservation and the unmentioned required deposit. Then when you check out it’s apparently the staffs job to inspect room at time of check out to only find something wrong like “ it smells like cigarette smoke in the room” in which I promise y’all there was No smoking in that room, too unable a forfeiture of your deposit. Then if by chance they release the funds to your deposit their back is so unrecognizable that it takes 3 weeks for your back to release you the funds. Now with that being said just hope you didn’t need that money to feed your kids, yourself or even to get gas to return home which is more than a hundred mile’s away. SO THAT WAS THE WORST Stay I’ve ever had anywhere

Our room was large enough for the five of us. One thing that could be more helpful would be to have a desk person on duty at night. We called the number that was provided at the desk for assistance and no one answered. Everyone likes an actual person on duty at night!

I was charged $16/day for dog fee even though my room was NEVER cleaned. It probable didn't take any extra time, due to the dog, even when the room was cleaned. I could never cool the room down.

There are enough recent updates to make the rooms feel welcoming and functional. Decent bathroom had nice sink, shower, etc. Everything was super clean and in great shape. There is good cable TV, nice cold mini-fridge and a microwave. The A/C worked well, and there is a hair dryer and ironing board if needed. They offer basic complimentary breakfast, and the pool and hot tub looks inviting. I have stayed here before, and would stay again. Nice place with a low cost makes it a good choice.
