Look no further for your summer rental, you have found what you need: a charming apartment 300m from the beach (Ilette and Salis) and 15 minutes walk from the historic and cultural city center Antibes Juan les Pins!
Apartment completely redone in March 2019, air conditioned, with sleeping area (bunk bed) of 20m ², ideal for a family of 2 adults with 1 or 2 children (no baby because more room to add a cot).
Not suitable for 4 adults.
Sleeping 2 people in a sofa bed "rapido" with a daily bed on mattress bultex 18 cm, 140x190, super comfortable and recent.
Sleeping corner with sliding door and bunk bed (top bunk for children under 6 years old)
Bathroom with large shower, vanity unit and suspended toilet.
American kitchen, fully equipped: fridge top, induction hob 2 burners, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, cookware ...
Wifi access included.
Sheets are provided for stays of at least 1 week (optional for overnight stays).
Cleaning will be extra and mandatory at 25 € for overnight stays, offered for stays of at least 1 week.
