20. Bright & lovely apt with incredible sea view, in the heart of the old town

This is a lovely apartment in the heart of Antibes's old town, with spectacular views of Nice and Cap d’Antibes.

The apartment is light, airy, and modernly furnished. The living room has generous windows and French doors with magnificent sea views. It is furnished with a large corner sofa and armchairs. The living room and kitchen are open-plan. The kitchen has a dining table with room for six to eight people. There is an AC in the kitchen and the living room.

There are two bedrooms, one of which has a 160-cm double bed and the second a 140-cm one and a French balcony. Both bedrooms have fans for the warmer months and plenty of storage.

There are two nice bathrooms with a toilet in the apartment.

If you have children, the apartment has a cot, a high chair, and a babysitter. Everything is from BabyBjörn.

The apartment is ideally located near the fruit and vegetable market, the Picasso Museum, the beach, and many charming restaurants. It is also close to golf and tennis courts. If you want a freshly baked baguette or croissant, a bakery is just around the corner. Yes, what more could you ask for?

Absolutely stunning apartment with a fantastic view of the sea. Really great spot for exploring Antibes, right next door to the Picasso museum. The apartment is well stocked with beach accessories eg umbrellas, deckchair, noodles etc. Communication was outstanding and Rafika was so helpful with our early arrival. Text messages were replied to promptly. Would love to visit again in the future. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Perfect location for Antibes and to explore the Riviera!

This property is amazing. The apartment itself is very updated, especially for a property in Europe. It must have been redone in the last few years. The main living space is one large room divided by a counter where the kitchen is. The larger area has three windows, two of which look directly out on the sea and to the promenade below, which is the walkway along the old wall of Antibes. There are two nice bedrooms, both with nice bathrooms. The Promenade out in front is full of activity, including musicians who set up and play. The only drawback to all of this action is that some nights a group of people will gather and party late into the evening. So, you should be aware of that if you're sensitive to noise or worried about people outside your windows day and night. It was worth it for us to enjoy all the action and the beautiful view out to the sea. Outside your door is the promenade described above, the famous Antibes Marche Provencal, which is an outdoor air market, dozens of fabulous restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, and other things that you will need while you are there. Within a 20-minute walk is the train station. For usually less than €10 you can get on the train to many different Riviera towns to explore the entire region. It is so much fun! You will truly enjoy your time if you choose to stay at this property.
