This holiday home is situated at a beautiful place surrounded with old oaks. It is to be found in the small village of La Joya. The holiday home is situated at the top of a hill, which adds the last ingredient for lovers of peace and tranquility.

It is a relatively new home in which traditional materials like floors of natural stone, wooden beams and wrought iron is nicely combined with more modern elements. Especially the usage of natural stone and wood is typical for Andalusia. The holiday home has a charismatic character and is fully equipped for 4 persons. The holiday home has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds.

The open kitchen is equipped with all necessities among which an oven, a blender, a dishwasher et cetera. There is heating through gasoil radiators. The holiday home has a spacious living room with fireplace. It is the ideal venue to enjoy a glass of the local wines during chilly evenings.

Warmer night may be well spend outside on the terrace. During summer the evenings on the terrace will be refreshing. If you sit on the terrace during the afternoon you can enjoy a beautiful view over the Serrania de Ronda, the Sierra Nevada and the several villages of the Guadalhorce valley. Furthermore, you will see Malaga and its surrounding mountains like the Sierra Tejeda and the Sierra Almijara.

Around the pool are deckchairs. Those among us that enjoy sunbathing will be happy to find out that almost whole Andalusia has about 300 sunny days a year. However, if you prefer to stay in the shade than this is well possible because of the oak trees.
