Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Like its name, the hotel is a bit raw. Don’t be fooled by the pictures like we did. Yes, the decor and the concept is nice in theory but service and customer care is non existent.
There are so many little details that are missing like no place to hang towels in the room, dangerous and slippery bathroom floors etc. We understand it’s a new hotel but we expected the service to be better or there would be an effort to make it up to the customers at the very least. There were couple instances where we couldn’t find anyone to give our order, help us with the beach umbrellas or waited over an hour for the food. Antalya is a touristy area and there are so many hotels, if they want to survive, Raw needs to better their service and customer care. We were not impressed, the service and overall experience was not worth the money.
Pros: delicious Turkish breakfast by the sea, copy paste design from Tulum hotels
Cons: Bad service
except for lovely Tolga, Firat and Onur Bey, and the old amca cleaning the beach in the mornings - they were the only exception
Unclean towels with yellow stain in the rooms
Really small single beds, they’re not large at all, you have to sleep like a Tutankamun
