Great location

The hotel is in a great location right next to the bus station, making it very convenient. The room was clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and having a fridge in the room was a nice bonus. However, there were a few minor issues, such as the ceiling in the bathroom needing attention, some cleanliness concerns with the shower, and a few marks on the walls. One thing that caught us off guard was the early call to prayer, which was quite loud and woke us up around 4-5 AM. Despite this, we would stay here again for the location.

Had a 3 night stay here, fast check in, Very pleasant and helpful staff. Nice spacious and modern room. Breakfast is the typical Turkish style, but different each day.

The hotel and staff were excellent. One small criticism is that the standard room has so little space on one side of the bed making it difficult as a couple to move freely. Other than that our stay was first class and we will definitely be going back.

I recently stayed at Isola12 hotel for three days, and I must say it was a less than satisfactory experience. Firstly, our room was not attended to by housekeeping for two days. When we raised this issue with the reception, we were informed that the housekeeper had gone home early due to illness. To our surprise, the receptionist even suggested that we could move to another hotel, potentially forfeiting our stay. This was an impractical and unreasonable solution. Furthermore, we found ourselves without essential amenities such as toilet paper, soap, and fresh towels. It was necessary to repeatedly call the reception to request these basic toiletries. The air conditioning in our room was inconsistent, making our overall comfort level quite unpredictable. Breakfast, which is a crucial part of any hotel stay, was only passable. It did not meet the standard expected from a hotel claiming to be 3 stars. While the hotel's proximity to a supermarket was convenient, the noise from the bus stop located just across the street was disruptive. Perhaps the most disappointing aspect of our stay was the poor level of customer service we encountered throughout our time at Isola12. The attitude and response from the hotel staff left much to be desired. Our experience at Isola12 was marred by housekeeping issues, a lack of basic amenities, inconsistent AC, underwhelming breakfast, noisy surroundings, and unsatisfactory customer service. This falls short of a 3-star hotel

My friend and I (college aged) spent 2 nights here and it was amazing. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and in an ideal location for walking around the shops and restaurants of the city.

A family-operated, small hotel located in a rather busy corner of Kaş. Our room was comfortable and clean. There is no reserved parking, so be prepared to park on the street nearby.

Horrible service and cleanliness

Literally the worst place I’ve ever stayed in.. in ALL my holidays. And the main reason was the disgusting service, particularly from the miserable male at reception When we first checked in and went to our room, I noticed the balcony was a French balcony, and when I booked I recall booking a big balcony with a seating area. It wasn’t a big deal to me, but I wanted to question it in case they put us in the wrong room (this has happened before which is fine and is always an easy fix). When I asked the man, I immediately got the most rude and aggressive tone from him. He kept cutting off what I was saying, and repeatedly said ‘you got the room YOU BOOKED!’. At one point when I tried explaining that the website I booked from showed this particular balcony, he put his hands on his head as if I had given him the worst headache. In the end I didn’t want to argue because he was aggressive and I said don’t worry about the balcony it’s fine. But can you please fix the broken fan in the bathroom He said ‘come let’s go’ and rushed off to see the broken fan Later on I went to ask for a second card to enter the room. We are two people and usually hotels provide two cards. The man was quick to say ‘you don’t need two cards’. I said I want two cards in case I go a seperate way to my husband and we want to leave the aircon running because it’s so hot up there. He said ‘we don’t like people leaving aircon on when they’re not there’ which I replied with ‘well I don’t want to suffer in a ho

Very clean, comfortable and a yummy breakfast! The staff is helpful and friendly, and the location is ideal. A 3 minute walk to the center and port, without the noise and traffic. And a 2 minute drive to the main highway that takes you to all the fabulous beaches. It is also surrounded by gorcery shops, small restaurants, veggie shops, etc... The rooms are cleaned daily, newly renovated, nicely decorated and very comfy :)
