Everything was quite good. One big problem - the property is listed as smoke-free facility, but in our bungalow, we can clearly smell that someone was previously regularly smoking in it. We are allergic to it, and it was bad for us.

Terrible stay

Place not as advertised. Swimming pool not in use despite being advertised as pool to use. Staff rude and made me feel like a nuisance. Wi-Fi either very weak in areas of room or not connectable at all. Curtains couldn’t close to cover entire window letting in a lot of light. Lots of mosquitos probably from the algae standing water in pool.

Nice and cosy bungalow to stay

First we were a bit confused with communication in there - we were met with the smell of cigarettes on reception and man was to busy with his phone call and smoke to pay attention to us. But the bungalow is nice and cosy, cute and comfortable (except weird bathroom at the second floor) - highly recommended to stay in

Simple lodging in a clean safe building near sites

I stayed here during a drive along the Mediterranean. It was a good stop for a night, easy to find and close enough to the main areas of interest, but also tucked off the main road so it's away from any street noise. I was on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of the main building and it was a basic apartment with bedroom, bathroom and living area with kitchen. There was an AC in both the bedroom and living area. The balcony was nice for the sunrise. Not much English spoken at the front desk, but we managed to communicate regardless. The fun part of travelling! :)

Basic apartment style near historic sites

This is in a good location to see the two main sites in Demre (Myra Antik Kenti & St. Nicholas Church). It's just off the main road through town, so relatively quiet but still good centrally located. The room I stayed in was a full 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen, living area and balcony. It's a simple accommodation and was a good place to stop along my journey around Turkey's Mediterranean coast. Photo is a sunrise from the balcony overlooking the greenhouses in the neighborhood.

The property it'self is lovely and a very comfortable stay, however no water one evening so couldn't shower. I asked the owner what the problem was (whilst he was watering the garden with a hose) and he said there was no water to the property as a burst pipe in town? Later that evening when he had stopped watering, the water came back on. We were clearly lied to. The next night no hot water, so cold shower with poor pressure. Long walk to the beach.

Wonderful modern accommodation with great location

A modern apartment and as advertised for the junior suite. Very clean and comfortable, plus the staff were incredibly helpful. We visited out of season so the pool wasn't available but it looked like a wonderful way to cool down in the hotter weather. Also a great location to the town and tourist attractions. Excellent.

The check in is difficult because they do not speak English, German or Russian. The rooms are very nice and clean. The only problem we had was a leaky shower. The Hotel is a little far away from the beach and center but it did not bother us to much.

Super hotel

Excellent - new, clean, great friendly service, all amenities, lots of space, modern, all comfort cosidered and reasonably priced. One of the best hotels we stayed in during our travels.

Genel olarak düzgün bir aparttı. Eşyalar yeterliydi. Bazı eksikler vardı resepsiyon temin etti fakat resepsiyonu yerinde bulmak çok zordu. Havuz her gün ilaçlanıyordu fakat bazı pis insanlar havuz kurallarına uymadığından kullanmadık. Konum olarak çok iyi araba ile 5 dk deniz. Sahili harika. Çok fazla beklentiniz yoksa gayet güzel bir işletme

İlk girişte bizi 10 dk beklettiler erken gelmemize rağmen içeri giremedik sonra tam saatinde geldik ve hala temizlik bitmemişti bekledik hızlı bir temizlik yapılmıştı dışarının camları su lekesiydi hep diğer herşey normaldi bazı kirli şeyler vardı kendimiz yıkayıp kullandık bazı seyler eski bakım lazım yenilenmesi gereken seyler var ve az sayıda calışan vardı ellerinden geleni yapıyolar ama biraz daha calışan alınmalı ilgileri ve emekleri için teşekkür ederiz.
