Perfectly WONDERFUL!

Sweeping views that are absolutely gorgeous, coupled with a new modern space with great amenities, the condo was heavenly! Peaceful, Quiet, with easy walking distance to the beach and restaurant options....and that view! Did I mention the view??....: )Stephanie met us as planned to go over the condo and was super sweet, helpful, and always responsive to questions. Stephanie is GREAT! We would definitely stay again when in St. Martin!

Beautiful but remote

This property is truly beautiful. It is airy and clean and tastefully decorated. The view from the deck is spectacular. It looks just as the pictures. Unfortunately for us it is also tricky to get to. The road to Anse Marcel is narrow with hairpin turns. The driveway to the condo is VERY steep. During our visit my husband was ill and I don’t drive so getting into the small shopping area nearby was a cardio workout coming back up the hill. The condo was well appointed with cooking utensils but there was no coffee or water available for guests which is particularly difficult if you arrive in the evening. Our host was responsive and kind.

Amazing hill top location with breathtaking views.

The Condo is stunning ,classy, stylish and absolutely immaculate .The hosts Stephanie and Thierry are perfect hosts ,very helpful from the time of booking until we left. The views from the terrace are breathtaking, set in the hill tops of Anse Marcel,the area is relaxing and quiet with lovely restaurants, shops,beaches and walks with an abundance of flora and fauna. We had a perfect vacation and would highly recommend this Condo to everyone we will definitely be back . .We had the perfect vacation I would highly recommend this apartment you could not stay anywhere we will definitely be back.

Great Location & View, Private, Quiet, Clean

The property was accurately described and pictured in the listing. It was modern, private & quiet, clean, and had a great refreshing breeze. We loved the large terrace with ocean view and sofa. The location is conveniently close to grocery shopping and boulangerie, and to Grand Case. Stephanie was excellent to work with - very communicative and attentive. We would have appreciated a simple dining set on the terrace for more comfortable outdoor eating.

Absolutely Beautiful!!

We had a wonderful time and the owner Stephanie was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. Everything was clean and well decorated. We would have coffee on on the balcony each morning overlooking the beautiful ocean and marina. This place was so peaceful and quite. Enjoyed every moment!!

Excellent time in St. Martin and Anse Marcel

Stephanie is a very gracious and thoughtful host. The view from the patio is an vacation by itself. The spacious rooms felt luxurious and well appointed. We hope to return again in the future. I believe we were the first guess so I can only imagine the experience will get even better and we were pleased all around. Location for us was perfect as we spend most of our time in Orient Bay or Grand Case and Anse Marcel is in the middle.
