This apartment can accommodate 4 people, with its sleeping area separated from the living room by a magnificent glass roof and its high quality convertible sofa in the living room. it has a balcony and its location a stone's throw from the lake and a three-minute walk from the historic center of Annecy makes it a rare pearl.
The bedroom has a 160x190 bed (Queen) and the living room has a sofa bed.
The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, wifi, and all the necessary equipment for a good stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster etc.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower with toilet.
⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.
Household linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
You can enjoy the proximity of bars and restaurants after a beautiful day at the lake or in the mountains. ; you can move around without a car throughout your stay thanks to the covered car park in the residence and its free private box.

Arrivals are possible every day from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., in the presence of a member of the team.
