The 2-room apartment is composed as follows:



a spacious separate bedroom with a comfortable Queen Size 160 bed, new and of high quality. For your comfort, hotel-grade bed linen is provided. A cot is available for your little ones.



a bathroom with Italian shower and hanging WC. Bath towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided. A real hair dryer is also available as well as a washing machine.



a lounge area with a comfortable sofa. A 127cm 4K TV with Fiber as well as Wifi are available, Netflix, etc.



a kitchen area open to the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, oven, induction hob, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher. All the necessary accessories and crockery are available. A friendly bar separates the living room from the kitchen to share your meals. A high chair is available for your little ones.



a large quiet balcony for your aperitifs and breakfasts with a view of the lake and the mountains (tea and coffee available).



a private closed box located in a secure underground garage, as well as a secure bicycle room are at your disposal.



Bed linen and towels are cleaned by a laundry in accordance with the hygiene standards in force.
