Room 233 should not be occupied by anyone taller than 5' in height. I twice hit my head on the ceiling that slopes into the room by nearly 4 feet. Otherwise, we loved our stay. The location is perfect, parking is immediately next door, and the room and bath were well-appointed. Breakfast was ample. My best to Christine for her assistance before our arrival.

Staff at reception and bar were great and very helpful. Hotel looked clean and well maintained. Room also very clean and comfortable, with nice view of river, but perhaps benefit from update to decor. Location great, only few minutes walk from bus/train station, and main shopping area, and right next to beautiful old town Annecy, which has lots places to eat, various market days.

This property was good. Very basic in terms of the room, but clean. The bed was ok - it wasn't the best, but it was ok. The breakfast was good, the staff was super friendly, and the location was ideal. The parking garage was adjacent to the property. This was a good value for the money.

Site faisant honneur à la chaîne.

A notre arrivée, nous avons pu déposer nos bagages dans un local mis à notre disposition et les récupérer lors de notre installation ce qui nous a permis de visiter la ville tranquillement. Service rendu toujours avec la même courtoisie. Accueil très courtois et agréable, personnel disponible et près à vous conseiller sur le potentiel de cette magnifique ville. A l'accueil, mise à disposition d'un plan de la ville bien pratique à consulter. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
