The Sea Spray Cottages are an adorable group of 4 Units located in the North End of Anna Maria, West of Gulf Drive and only a few houses to the highly acclaimed Gulf Beach.

Sea Spray 2 is the ground level cottage in a 2 story building. This unit has 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bath and is located at the rear of the property. Comfortable beachy furnishings with an open concept living area.

This unit shares a propane grill along with an outdoor dining area on the side of house with the unit above. The complex shares a laundry room on the rear of the property. There is a flat screen TV in the living room. The master bedroom has a queen bed and there are two twins in the guest bedroom.

You will absolutely love the short stroll to the beach as well as the Island charm offered by the quaint four-plex.

PETS: Dogs are allowed with prior approval. Must be well trained and less than 50lbs. 2 dogs max. A $150 non-refundable pet fee applies per pet.

PARKING: 1 car maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

Island life

This is my second visit to the island and your place was wonderful. The location was absolutely perfect! Very close to the beach! The furnishings were great! Downfalls were no washer/dryer plus being on the lower level meant hearing furniture and people moving around upstairs. The people renting upstairs were very nice so that made for a pleasant stay! My last concern was the doormat at the entrance. As we were departing, my friend’s suitcase wheels were caught in the mat and she fell over it face down. Thankfully, she only had some cuts and scrapes but if anything had been broken, it would have greatly impacted our departure! I should have also been helping her but was loading the car so lesson learned for me! Overall, your place was fantastic and I would rent it again in a heartbeat!

Loved that we were just a couple houses down from the beach access. And only a block away from friends with a pool. Place was small but cute and served the purpose of a place to sleep and shower. Our only complaint would be that it had quite a strong musty odor. Even after being home a couple weeks and being washed our clothes and things still have that odor in them.

Loved the beach cottage. Very cute. Close to the beach and trolley.

We loved the cottage. One thing to note was the water pressure of the shower. The pressure was fine if it was turned to very cold or very hot but very little pressure when you got it to a warm temperature. Had to use a cup to help rinse.other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Quiet and close to the beach

Overall this property was amazing. It was cute and cozy on the inside with everything we could have needed. Beach towels were provided and the beach entrance is at the end of the street (literally a two minute walk). This is the bottom unit of a duplex so we could hear everything above us, but that didn't bother us. The only thing that could have been done better, was that the bathroom could have been a little cleaner. The inside lining of the shower curtain was very dirty and the bottom did have some mold on it. However, this will hopefully be replaced and everything else was great! You are within a 10 minute walk to restaurants and shops of the quiet streets. We had a car and a couple times we drove, but it was very easy to walk everywhere.

Quiet Get Away - Steps from the beach

This is was a perfect old time beach get away! The space was roomy enough for our family of 4 adults. The propane on the grill was replaced within an hour after my call- very impressive. Ceilings are 7 feet so taller people may have to watch for the ceiling fans ! Most comfortable Laz-Boy Chair had each one of us napping. Thank you to the Sato Management group.

Wonderful people

Cozy Beach Cottage

This is a darling little place. Tucked away in the back of the property. It was perfect for a beach getaway for me & my husband. 4 houses to the beach access with a beautiful, clean sprawling beach. The other guests on the property were really nice and fun to get to know.
