Excellent Gulf views, steps to beautiful, white sandy beaches. Centrally located in the City of Anna Maria walking distance to many great Restaurants and Shops.  This home includes a washer/dryer, dishwasher, several flat screen TV's, outside shower.  There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor each with a Queen size bed. There is a bathroom with tub/shower combo on the ground level as well.   Upstairs in the loft that faces the beach (3rd bedroom) there is a King Bed and a Double bed. The 4th bedroom located upstairs has 2 Twin beds. The 2nd bathroom is located upstairs and has a shower.

🐶 PET POLICY INFORMATION

There is a $150 taxable pet fee per dog.
All pets require approval after booking.
*Be sure to indicate you have a pet, where you enter the number of guests.*

If approved, the fee will be added, and we'll confirm the new total with you before charging your card.

Finally, a quick reminder of our pet rules:
- Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
- The yard must be kept clean of waste.
- Excessive hair must be cleaned up prior to departure.

Please note: The City of Anna Maria rental regulations state that rental homes can only have a maximum occupancy of 8 guests.

For a little extra space or those who like more privacy, a studio suite is located above the garage and may be added with an additional fee. This apartment has a bed, kitchenette, full bathroom, SmartTV, and WiFi.
