The front desk staff was very helpful on the phone when I called the day before. However, the person who checked us in on the day was somewhat snotty and unfriendly. Answered my questions with “short” answers and didn’t crack even a half smile once. I was exhausted at 7 am after having flown all night, and a bit more grace would’ve been nice. When I asked them if there could possibly be someone to help us with our luggage, for example, they said stone-faced, “no, but there are carts over there,” making me feel as if they thought I was entitled for merely asking the question kindly.

When we arrived, we were offered Champagne. There is a full sit-down restaurant for menu ordered $$ breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food was palatable. Getting to the hotel at night can be tricky so be ready for some possible wrong left turns if you have never been to the hotel before.

Awful outdated motel rooms

This hotel is a catfish. It looked well enough in photos but once in my room it was an outdated motel. The lobby is nice,but thats where it ends. The outdoor couches & firepit were not there,only construction materials,mostly fiberglass bundles. The room was dingy,dirty & outdated. Seriously like a roadside motel. There was toothpaste on the wall in the bathroom,stains all over the furniture, uncomfortable bed..just unpleasant all around. The Weber is far superior & usually about the same price for a king room. Go there,you'll thank me.

Wonderful hotel. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. It was so nice to have a restaurant on site and a small bar to relax. It was also great to have a nice convenience area to pick up some fun gear, meds and sweet treats. Will definitely be staying here again.

Unfortunately the roof was being repaired and dropping debris in the pool. I spent a half hour scooping large chunks of wood and debris before we could enjoy it. The ladder in the deep end was broke and I and my daughter hurt ourself. We saw an older gentleman almost fall in when he attempted to use it. (I was trying to tell him it was broke but he didn’t hear me) myself and someone else had to pull him up. Because we booked through a third party they couldn’t help us with any accommodations. June at the front desk did say they would investigate and have someone call me. I’ve stayed here in the past with great experiences so if they follow through I will stay again.

The staff are fantastic but the building itself is extremely dated and not as advertised in the pictures online. The heat nor the cool air worked in my room, so no air circulation. I was given a fan. 5 stars for the staff. 2 stars for the property.
