The house is really nice with a lovely backyard. We enjoyed looking through the catalogue of house kits and then trying to spot other Sears houses in the neighborhood. An easy walk down to the University and art fair. Definitely enough room for the four of us and the kitchen was reasonably well stocked. I’d definitely stay here again.
