Staff was very nice. The lobby was comfortable for getting together with friends. Unfortunately, we did not like the room. Upon arrival into the room, we found that the in-room coffee was not replenished. The room was a little too warm and we could not cool it down except to open the window. There was zero water pressure in the shower. It took forever to wash off the soap. We always look forward to a good shower at the end of the day or to wake up in the morning, but the shower at this Graduate was just so so bad that we dread showering. And the desk chair wheel fell off and my husband almost hurt himself.

Gary was helpful, efficient, and welcoming. The atmosphere at The Graduate was warm and cozy. The rooms were very clean and well appointed. I was slightly disappointed that there were no drinking fountains to fill our water bottles.

The staff was excellent and they had great service, especially the valet parking workers. However, aside from the service what lacked was the cleanliness of the rooms, and the amenities. My room was dirty, and the sink was not working, and the heat was not working. They happily moved me rooms the 2nd night I was there and it was a way better room. We were really disappointed because the restaurant was closed for renovations and the bar was way too small and full and we would have stayed elsewhere if we would have known that. It’s a good hotel but needs some improvements
