I checked out a few min after check in..

The pictures do not match up with the actual place. It is sketchy, absolutely run down unkempt and the room I was put in, I actually ended up checking out about 30 min after I checked in as I didn't feel safe. As a female traveling by myself, this was not a place I should be. I travel a lot and have never checked in just to check out a few min later due to safety concerns. The glass sliding doors and all first floor is a safety concern of mine. The screens were all torn down around, and a guy was smoking a few feet from my slider when I opened it. I jumped. I was like no thank you.. The room was in poor condition walls were patched terribly there was a cut out in the tile by the door and it was just bad. Smells like weed and smoke, and just not an inviting safe place to stay. This location was awful. I wish I would have taken photos of the entire place, but I was too busy noping it out of there. Even the guy working the desk (very nice man) pretty much absolutely understood my need to leave. That tells you something. I had to eat the cost of the reservation, but I would do it again if it meant my safety....

Nice upgrade but not clean and guest were terrible

Nice decor but it was so much trash under the bed. It has dead bed bugs under the bed. There were kids fighting outside and throwing papers in the pool. Trying to fight my children.

The place had a smell to it that was not appealing. The floors were quite dirty. The actual room was good and served its purpose. i reserved online and when i was checking in, the group in front of us got rooms for $30 less, so that was not cool. Advertising a breakfast and then having store bought packaged honey buns and cinnamon rolls was disappointing.

Bed was ok, that was it. Room was gross, water puddles in the carpet, orange substance running down the wall. Ceiling stained. Missing a painting. Bathroom was gross. Didn’t have any conditioner in the dispenser, and that was the only dispenser there. Good thing I brought my own. This hotel was overall gross, the pool was even foggy, and it advertises a hot tub, and the hot tub is literally floor tiles over and filled. There’s isn’t one. That’s false advertisement. I guess it did the job, but at the MOST, $50 a night would be fair.

This is not a place I could recommend. Definitely sketchy —mold in bathroom, floor was wet —wet carpet—towels were on the floor when we arrived. We asked for more and lined the floor with them. Slept for just a few hours and left. Paint was peeling, it was not clean.

Poor quality

After the 2nd room had a drain plugged with hair that had to be removed to get a shower which took 2 hours we asked for a refund and want Ed to leave. Both the desk and hotels.com refused to help and said keep calling back because the hotel has your payment. The desk said you had it so we couldn’t shower. The poor was filthy and couldn’t swim. 1 st room before we moved to the second smelled like marajauana the the hallway was unbearable. We wanted to leave but couldn’t get any help. Thanks.

It was such a terrible hotel. We had to run to target and buy cleaning supplies because it was so disgusting. The smell of smoke in the hallways and room was unbearable. I could go on and on but I will just say this… find any other place to stay. You will be happy you didn’t step foot on this property.

Staff very nice but needs to renovated.

The deadbolt didn't lock from inside the room. I didn't notice till late so ended up wedging a chair under handle. Also, security door metal bar was broken and I had to wedge that in too as on ground floor. Bathroom old and needs to be remodeled. Also the common areas quite old. Staff was very nice and kind.

The hotel denied my stay

I was not able to stay in the hotel. I had a very troubling experience at this hotel. Upon arrival today, a staff member named Isaac told me there was no reservation under my name—without asking for my reservation number or even checking my full name. When I asked him to take a closer look, he dismissed my concerns and told me I shouldn't have booked through Hotels.com, claiming they had “stolen my money.” I remained calm and tried to show him my confirmation, but his response became unexpectedly aggressive. He threatened to call the police and asked me to leave the property. He also stated that even if there was availability, he would not allow me to stay. Shockingly, I witnessed other walk-in guests being offered rooms at a higher rate, despite having no prior reservations. This was an incredibly distressing experience, and I strongly urge others to be cautious before booking here. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was unacceptable. I came to town seeking health treatment and was treated disrespectfully with no reason.
