This property is absolutely awful. The customer service is so insanely bad it should be studied. I booked at room in February for the weekend of the Zach Bryan concert right after buying my tickets knowing prices would increase and places would sell out. The hotel without consent attempted to charge me more than I agreed to paid as they had access to my card through Expedia. Then it declined bc it was expired BUT they shouldn’t have been charging me anyways as I chose the pay at hotel option. After they cancelled I immediately called and told them I was coming etc and they told me they were overbooked and couldn’t do anything about it. Then they said if I found something online saying they had room they would accomodate me so I did. After that I asked them to match the original price and they declined “because they could make more money”. So, essentially they all did this because they wanted more money which left me without a place. The front desk guy is uncompotent and there should be a manager on duty.

Had a reservation booked since February. Drove from 6 hours out of town and arrived at the desk to check in 10 minutes past check up time and they gave the room to someone else because they were overbooked. We were left with no where to stay. It was a nightmare. The worst hotel experience of my entire life.

We were traveling as two couples. Lobby had no restroom. First room we were given had bees in the curtain and a bunch of dead bees and stinks bugs in the track of the door. The nice staff came in and sprayed the bees nest outside in the balcony. They were able to give us a second room which only had a king bed. Third room finally had two double beds. The toilet seat came off of the toilet while using the restroom. There were hairs in the bathtub. Hotel needs a major renovation. Overall nice staff and we slept fine.

Room was very dirty. Stains everywhere including bedding and lamp shades. Fire dector not installed. It was on top of the fridge. Standing water in the bath tub and no shower curtain. Broken lock on the door connected to another room. We had 2 rooms requested connected rooms. Did not get that. My parents room the toilet was clogged and had to have . maintenance come and fix. The staff was rude and check in was a nightmare. They charged my card told me it was declined so I paid in cash. They still also charged my card and telling me it was declined. I checked my banking account and they charged me twice! And got my cash payment as well.

The room and overall hotel was discusting, had not been cleaned with stained carpets, mattresses and basically all surfaces with a horrible smell (obvious smoking indoors). Demanding a full refund as we literally had to book a different hotel because we couldn’t stay there.

WE COULD NOT and DID NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY‼️ Expedia booking was for a We went to check in and the Entire property REEKED of MARIJUANA. One workers was out front smoking a joint. When speaking to the Front Desk Clerk he advised he knows but there isn’t anything he can do. I advised your sign says NO SMOKING and I paid for a NON-SMOKING room. It is against MICHIGAN LAW to allow POT SMOKING in a HOTEL where there are guests present. Myself and my guest cannot be around POT smoking. I contacted Expedia and was advised by the Rep my room is NONREFUNDABLE. AFTER SPEAKING FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME THE EXPEDIA Customer Service Center “Rapport” said he would call the hotel, which he said he tried the number but couldn’t get through (I went back in and told the Front Desk Expedia was going to call him, no call came through). After asking to speak to his Supervisor he said he would request a refund be issued and I will receive an email. Secondly, I booked a HANDICAPPED room and Room 123 which I was viewed was NOT HANDICAPPED and the floor was completely soaken wet…and I advised the Front Desk Clerk who told me yes it was handicapped… he argued it was and said he had no other handicapped rooms…. This room was not‼️‼️Expedia misrepresented this Hotel by #1 advertising it as NONSMOKING Hotel and #2 selling me a handicapped room and it wasn’t in working order. There is no way I could stay at this hotel. DISGUSTING. I DEMAND EXPEDIA GIVE A FULL REFUND.

Average budget hotel. Nothing horribly wrong with our room: the ceiling of the shower that had been re-dry walled but no finish applied and I’m not sure if thermostat in AC unit worked. breakfast is basic cereal bagels and such. front staff very friendly. Interior hallways smell of pervasive pot smoke. Our room smelled like old cigarette smoke, staff offered us new room when I mentioned it. We were partially unpacked so I just borrowed their febreeze.

The moment I got into my room there were a bunch of flies and knats. The toilet had issues. Every time we went to flush, it would overflow. Couldn’t get extra towels, because there weren’t any. NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN!!!
