Central location

The staff were nice, the location was good for my trip, but the room was smelling like cigarettes and the neighbours were smoking constantly, so the smoke would enter my room.

Please don’t book a room in this hotel. I beg you guys. When we came to the hotel, it started with them not speak any English. The room we got had problem with the light, so it turned on and off. The wall was damaged. There was NO window in the room and we asked for a no-smoking room. We got one but it was full of cigarettes smoke. Please guys paid more and go elsewhere please.

To be honest i have never seen such terrible room, I would recommend to check all rooms and there are many rooms which need to fix and repair the room and stuffs there

Rude recpition

It was the worst stay ever, the recpition guy was so rude and didn’t speak English at all, but at the website they said they speak English, also I could not sleep because the air conditioner wasn’t working and they know it and they refuse to change the room even they have more than room.

The hotel style is suitable but I reserved before going to the hotel directly then the receptionist told me no reservation although I showed him my reservation number 15 minutes ago he insisted no reservation and he can make a new one with higher 😏 price I accepted to pay more but was upset 😡 Only one day aircondition worked the second day the hotel stopped it then i asked them but the answer was forbidden 🚫 I caught cold ...in addition to a noise came from the opposite room intentionally at 10 pm and they refused to stop noisy.Last day was terrible 😪...breakfast was good but insisted to take off the mask and eat in the restaurant because forbidden 🚫

Overall it's okay if you're gonna stay for a night or so, but I won't stay they for a longer period. The room I got had no windows at all and that is a problem for me especially during this pandemic; I wonder how it gets ventilated. The room was quite clean although the bed sheets weren't that perfect. You can smell cigerretes the moment you walk into the room. The hotel is in a great area near cafes and restaurants and the city center.

Hotel location was good. Staff was accommodating and even helped in placing food order from local restaurant using Turkish dialect. Room did not match what we saw in the pictures. Very old room with no window. breakfast was okay.
