Two cable TVs, all household items to serve 4 people. Peninsula has a diesel generator that, in the event of a power outage, keeps all appliances working, including air conditioning units. The Bracuhy complex has restaurants, a mini market, a bakery, barbecue, boat rentals and the largest Marina Molhada in Latin America, which houses 1200 boats and Marina Seca for 400 boats.

Very nice

Nice apartment but the kitchen and bedroom cabinets were cluttered. Super nice neighborhood and neighbors. It would be a great place to take kids for vacation.
