A stylish single level home, that has been renovated and enhanced with new kitchen, bathrooms and feature in ground pool and alfresco area. There is a distinct designer feel, moments of luxury and a haven for pure relaxation, privacy, and enjoyment for your next holiday.
There is a welcoming ambience in this house and the joy of living here is finding the pockets of sunshine and warmth to sit in harmony, from morning light to afternoon entertaining. A house and garden that offers a seamless blend of inside and outside living, one that can be embraced in all seasons.
The living room has a gorgeous feature roofline with windows, inviting the afternoon sun to shine through and light up the space. For the cooler months there is a wood fire that takes pride of place, and additionally for convenience a split system also offers heating and cooling, along with wall panel heaters.
There is an easy flow into the dining room, with feature glass doors that open onto decking, so the decision is whether to eat inside or out. The kitchen has lovely white stone benchtops, plenty of storage and new appliances. A clever café style window opens right up, so morning coffees or afternoon wines can be handed through to the entertaining zone.
The 3 bedrooms have queen beds, the main bedroom has a generous ensuite and WIR. The additional two bedrooms sit on the other side of the house and have BIR’s and windows highlighting the garden spaces.
