- NO outside visitors and/or overnight guests without previous approval from the host. $200 fee per unauthorized guest will be applied to reservation.
Please clean your dirty dishes Before Check-Out or pay A $30 Fee for housekeeping do that for you.
Do Not Use The Premises For Any illegal Activity
Please Dispose Of The Garbage In The Trash Can to big blue metal trash bin across the garage by driveway.
Property requires a refundable damage deposit $500
***NO PETS ALLOWED.

Will be $500 penalty and house deep cleaning!!!
*Failure to follow rules will result in your removal from the loft with no possible refund*
