The Mas de la Claie is an authentic Cevennes farmhouse of the 17th century, at the gateway to the Cevennes, isolated in a 20ha property, and in a wild, wooded setting with panoramic views. Come swim in the private pool, secure, hidden from view, eat under a lime tree, walk in the forest and enjoy the freshness of the farmhouse. The Mas de la Claie is located just 4 km from Anduze, with its shops, night market, steam train, bamboo, pottery and summer festivities.
The farmhouse is spread over 170m2, with 9 rooms including a living room, a dining room, a library, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and 4 real rooms. The interior offers the charm of a family atmosphere, with old Cevenol furniture.
The exterior is composed of large terraces offering multiple uses. The terrace of the kitchen for the barbecue, the terrace of the swimming pool (8 m on 4) with its deckchairs for calm and sunbathing, the terrace of the lime tree for shaded lunches and festive evenings, the terrace of the garden with panoramic view for breakfast in the sun or for a game of petanque, the terrace of the cabin for children, and other terraces to isolate.
