We asked to have the toilet cleaned only to be told the stains are permanent. When we checked into our room, there were no towels and we were told by housekeeping they were still in the dryer and would have to bring some when they were done. What? When I check into a room I expect there to be towels ready.

This used to be a very nice place to stay but it has really gone downhill. I tried for 2 days to get someone to fix a faucet that would not stop running. Front desk staff just sit there on their phones. There was mold on the ceiling and hair in the shower. Tattered towels. Do not recommend.

For age, the property was better inside. Staff seemed uninterested in details like very poor toilet maintenance, unclean coffee pot filter basket, minimal breakfast, no cookies past a set "quota" for the day.

The door was propped open with the swingbar/security latch upon our arrival. The toilet and shower curtain were filthy. There was no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash available nor were there washcloths. The property was poorly kept overall, dirty and run down. Very disappointing.

Only thing disappointing was the hot tub was out of order which really was inconvenient!!!! Other then that it was good- front desk girls were very nice the woman who monitored breakfast was delightful!!

This hotel needs major remodeling our toilet didn’t flush sink and tub would not turn off curtains were gross and the carpet is nasty. We would not stay here again.
