Located just off Interstate 85 at exit 14, and 3 miles from Green Pond Landing on Lake Hartwell. Portman Marina is a short(1 mile)drive away offering lakefront dining and boat launch. This home features an open living space, dining and kitchen concept. There is two walk out patios and one features outside seating and grill. There is a one car garage that is great for smaller SUV or storage. This home has easy access to many boat ramps on Lake Hartwell. A kids jumping zone and beach area on the lake is located about 5 miles away.
