Stayed here two nights and three days for work trip. Gym door was broken and the gym has 2 treadmills and a non functional bike, no towels or wipes. No fridge or microwave in room. No outlet for laptop near desk. Shower had no shampoo, only conditioner and body wash (overnight person did get me a cup with shampoo). Breakfast has two sugar cereals and bagels with communal condiments, not individually wrapped. No protein (yogurt or eggs), no fruit. Carpet in room dirty.

Bed and pillows slept wonderful. Water pressure was great. Lots of outside noise through the balcony door. Had to pay an extra $40 a night to park in their parking lot, after the hotel fee.

the hotel is in a great location, and the staff did their best to overcome the fact that the hotel itself needs a lot of work. our bathroom sink was leaking all over the carpeted floor. the room smelled very bad. we were moved to a new room, and requested a fridge to store some temperature sensitive items. the fridge in the new room was not plugged in properly, so our items did not stay cold. the staff did their best but ultimately fell short of making the stay worth the cost.

Adequate hotel in the heart of Anchorage. Hotel parking was full and $40 a night. No guarantee you would get a spot. The second choice was a meter out front with no charge until 8:00 am the next morning. This was our only option and unfortunately our car was broken into overnight. The rooms/bathrooms are older but comfortable for one night stay.

Mediocre place but convenient location

If looking for safe place in downtown that is conveniently located, then this is an option. Bathroom was not cleaned properly, faucets had lime deposits, sink and toilet had dirt buildup probably that has not been cleaned for months and bath tub had hair from a previous resident. There was no complimentary body lotion provided. Coffee maker was broken. Bed and room were clean. Complimentary breakfast was mediocre and 2 out of 4 days, there were no fruit options provided.

Good but lacking

It was nice but lacking somethings like a refrigerator, microwave, tissues and a better breakfast essentially since they use to have a restaurant so they have the equipment to have a supictaular breakfast. Staff was wonderful.

Avoid this hotel if you can, a lot of issues. Their complimentary breakfast is an insult to breakfasts. Then they expect us customers to clean up our own tables. They charge $40 a night for parking and do NOT guarantee you will get a spot - They have about 12 parking spots for the entire lot. Just 5 blocks away there are great hotels with free ample parking, we spent our additional 4 nights at the Clarion suites hotel 9th and L st. We spent our one night at Westmark parked on the street. The Hotel need updated - especially for the price they change. Anchorage has such a short window - 4 months to steal from visitors so maybe that is the issue with Westmark, they have to shortcut everything and over charge.

DO NOT STAY HERE

the room was completely different than what was pictured in the website. the bathroom was basically a closet the phone tv and air conditioner didnt work. we whent and talked to the desk and got upgraded to the 11th floor. the room was exactly the same other than the chairs were different color. the restaurant is closed for the summer and no breakfast was provided like advertised. no sleep because there was vary loud street racing all night

everything was good, room was clean, the view, but the new girl in check in did not know what she was doing, and the manager was not helping her and there was 8 of us ., and when you get to a hotel you want the room quickly to rest

Bring your own water, there were no water bottles for sale. The staff was great! Parking is terrible unless you pay the 40.00 a night to park on the property.
