It started in the lobby. The front staff (the only person on duty find out later) checked us in quickly and asked what floor we wanted. Well we proceded to our room. The lobby area by the elevator smelled like cat pee . We got to our room and there was hair on the counter and the tray that had the cups and ice bucket. We asked the front desk to just come up and wipe things down since we already made our slves at home. She told us she was the only person there (only staff) and that she could move us. But we would have to move to the second floor. Something we did not want to do. So we wiped it down ourselves. You could hear everything going on in the hall. Thin doors. The beds were comfortable enough. No bed bugs at least. we wont be staying there again.
